"Tell me about yourself" is the most dreaded interview question, but this is who I am, professionally.I'm a life-long learner and primarily self-taught technologist specializing in everything from the internet router back, including networking, servers (both on-premise and cloud-based), and providing friendly support to users at all levels. I am endlessly curious about technology and how I can use it to solve problems, especially yours. I couple that curiosity with an aggressive pursuit of the latest tools, trends, and best practices to make sure the solutions I provide are world-class. Beyond that, I use every so-called "soft skill" at my disposal to make sure that users are getting what they need to get their jobs done better, faster, and more profitably. I can lead a project to completion, keep to a budget, and even create that budget with forecasts for coming changes.I also "lead from the front" as a hands-on manager who has an intimate, first-hand understanding of what it takes to get the job done because I'm not afraid of getting it done myself if that's what the situation requires.
