During that time I worked on customer development platforms and C++ code to debug platform/customer issues as well as J973 test program development. Worked on speed path debug with scan dumps and simming timing diagrams and walking through RTL to isolate a failing flop. Also transistioned the ATE characterization program from J973 (C/C++) to Creedance Sapphire (Java) testers.
