Project Lead for iMX6SL which is the third generation device for the Amazon Kindle. Continued to work with all teams for multiple production/characterization/debug related issues. Worked closely with Freescale customers for extensive characterization efforts most specifically defining and determining silicon behavior during Low Power States.

Project Lead for iMX50x or the 2nd generation part for the Amazon Kindle (Freescale Diamond Chip Award). This requires working with Design, Apps, FA, and Process engineers for multiple issues. Organizing needed factories for ~9M volume in 6 months (fab, final test). Cost reduction such as x2-x4 test sites, insertion elimination, and Cu qualifications. I prefer to both work on the tester maintaining engineering skillsets and schedule/organization efforts associated with being a Project Lead.

Provided Architectual Design support for Electrical Specifications and Power Sequencing Issues on AMD processors. Was responsible for all Electrical Datasheets for past/future products. This required detailing rise/fall times for all busses(HT, DDRx, PCIe), power sequencing, and max/typ/min voltages and currents for all voltage planes.

Started in EPD or the embedded division and moved to processors after 1.5 years. During that time I worked on customer development platforms and C++ code to debug platform/customer issues as well as J973 test program development. Responsibilities included developing the non-DDR characterization test program which ran for 1 hour per part. This included the design of new/existing tests and the forward path for characterization. Worked on speed path debug with scan dumps and simming timing diagrams and walking through RTL to isolate a failing flop. Also transistioned the ATE characterization program from J973 (C/C++) to Creedance Sapphire (Java) testers.
