HIGHLIGHTS of ACHIEVEMENTS✦ My financial acumen paired with my ability to truly listen to client’s needs enabled me to avoid new construction and identify under-utilized space for cost-effective remodeling. As a result, Parkland College Fitness Center was able to expand existing programs, upgrade athletic facilities, and attract new recruits.✦ By transitioning firm location from a leased to owned facility, I created a healthier work environment for staff and provided economic benefit for firm partnership. New PCM+d headquarters showcases organization as a leader in design and facility innovation. ✦ Delivered award-winning design project for East Peoria Central Junior High School through skillful navigation of a tight, multi-phased schedule with a construction budget of $14M. Success of project led to being selected for additional project engagements. ✦ Championed firm through successful Quality Based Selection process to be chosen as Peoria Public School District’s sole architect, beating out two much larger firms.
