An award-winning Producer and film Director, successful businessman, and decorated veteran Air Force officer, Jim understands the full spectrum of leadership and management. Recognizing the need for family-oriented films with a faith-based message, Jim put his faith into practice in 2007 by combining twenty five years of innovative business experience and military leadership with his growing career in entertainment and a passion to tell stories. Building on his successes as an actor and director, he launched New Shepherd Films in 2009 as an entertainment company with a mission to produce family and faith content specifically for the crossover audience. By 2011, Jim and his team had released their first film, “FOOTPRINTS - Angels are real. Some even have fur.” and have begun work on more projects, to include "FORGOTTEN HEROES".Jim’s desire to impact the culture around him in a positive way as a storyteller extends beyond movies and into books, as well. He’s become a published author with two books already in worldwide release and more in the works.
