Established in January 2015 to provide consultancy and other related services to the insurance market.I am currently working on a significant contract with Nice 1 Ltd - a leading provider of GI ancillary products in the UK - for the provision of consultancy services to assist them in the development of their business.

One of the founding directors and Board member accountable as part of the MIDAS management team for developing, implementing and delivering the company business plan. This principally included the sales and marketing plans together with the development of the MIDAS broker base.Key Achievements in this Role:1. Significant input in the identification and set-up of the GB underwriting office in Chelmsford.2. Developed professional and effective agency set-up procedures to support broker relationships.3. Initiated/arranged and actively participated in the development of an extensive portfolio of agency agreements with a wide range of brokers throughout the UK.4. Overseen the development of the MIDAS website.5. Outline definition of tele-sales capability together with relationship groupings of brokers for allocation to relationship managers.6. Significant input/contribution to the development of an SME business model proposition.

Manage an array of business connections (mainly Insurance Brokers, IFA Networks and Affinity Relationships) across the UK. Key Achievements in this Role:1. Smooth transition of the Bluesure business into Prestige.2. Development of the business plan mapping out the phased development of the business.3. Implementation of a full cycle Private Car product which generated in excess of £1m GWP on a monthly basis in a relatively short space of time.4. Created and developed long-term sustainable relationships with a wide range of key broker connections.
