Lead global, geographically diverse (US, Canada, Mexico, China, India, Turkey, UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Australia, New Zealand) project teams, leveraging and scaling agile techniques to plan and deliver insourced mobility and web-based solutions, enabling customer self-service while increasing efficiencies across the global enterprise.

Responsible for Scrum Master and Test management roles within first MBFS agile-based product team, creating and implementing the industry’s first lender-integrated electronic signature financing solution for automotive dealerships enabling the execution of digital documents at the point of sale, auto-funding for dealers-to-MBFS, while creating a convenient and easy at-home purchasing experience for the customer. Included integrations with three of the largest dealer management systems Reynolds&Reynolds docuPAD, CDK, and DealerTrack.

NEXUS was a multi-year, $250 million dollar program covering enterprise deployment of transformational technology, converging $50 billion of customer contracts being sourced from three legacy financial portfolio systems, while integrating +80 native systems and vendors supporting a broad range of financial products and business processes. A short summary of my responsibilities:- Served on PMO team managing the legacy system integration to a new Contract Management System (ALFA). Responsibilities included managing application teams’ requirement gathering and waterfall development, inter-team collaboration across work stream while ensuring adherence to project management principles, and change management.- Created and implemented a strategy involving a complex matrix execution of all program QA/UAT testing activities. This included coordination of more than 200 technical and business user testers executing 37,000 individual test cases, defect management, work-around development, post launch defect fix prioritization, PMO reporting, sr. manager launch approval process, and executive committee communications. Participants were spread across six locations and three countries.- Part of PMO and test management team directing execution of the company’s business readiness launch plan which included a dress rehearsal (mock launch simulation), dealer/customer launch communications, facility logistics, launch contingency/business continuity plans, business launch support, coordination with staff training and change management teams, and facilitation of system go-live launch validations.
