As the Operations Engineering Manager, I was challenged to set up a core Operations Engineering team of engineers, technologists and technicians to pursue New Product Introduction, large through small Operations Engineering initiatives and provide support to our existing customer base and products in the field.Gentherm GPT is a leader in providing reliable remote power for applications that cover most any condition on the planet above sea level. This provided a great deal of technical challenge and several tenacious product and manufacturing challenges were investigated and solutions provided at the root cause level.
