I started in the Restaurant business over 30 years ago, starting as a dishwasher. I graduated from four night school classes at George Brown College for Kitchen Management and Basic and Advanced Food Preparation. Throughout my career I have worked my way up from dishwashing to Kitchen Manager/Chef. I strive to ensure that the food prepared by myself and my staff is always consistent and to the highest standard.
