My transactional credit risk management experience has spanned the small, middle, and large syndicated credit markets covering both sponsored and non-sponsored transactions. The underwriting and credit risk management skills I have developed over the course of my career in these segments, in conjunction with experience in operations, compliance, portfolio monitoring and reporting, policy and procedure development, and portfolio analytics, have provided me with a uniquely diverse understanding of credit risk. These skills and experiences have also allowed me to simultaneously broaden the depth of my non-transactional credit risk knowledge, as a Credit Risk auditor, through coverage of various non-transactional credit risk management roles under the U.S. Chief Risk Officer, in addition to auditing various commercial lending segments at BMO Bank.
