In the end,the network quality evaluation system was established and implemented in China Mobile provincial and local networks.2003-2009,Network Management Center (NOC)•Responsible for China Mobile backbone network, analyzing complex problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with regional NOC and track problems through resolution.•Technical supporting on China Mobile transmission network deployment and optimization.•Proposing network management system requirement and collaborating with network planning department on transmission network construction.
