As a maintenance worker at Grande Dunes Golf Course since Jan 2023, I apply my equipment maintenance skills and experience to ensure the optimal condition of the facilities and equipment. I have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and preventive maintenance. I work well with the staff and management to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the customers and visitors.Before joining Grande Dunes, I was a brewer at Rocky River Brewing Co. for over 14 years, where I performed all tasks of the brewing process, from grain to glass. I have a certificate in brewing science from the American Brewers Guild and a strong background in chemistry. My mission is to create high-quality and innovative beers that delight our customers and showcase our brand. I was responsible for ordering all supplies, developing recipes, brewing, fermenting, filtering, and performing quality control. I also served, cared and maintained the equipment, and engaged in public relations at the brewpub and at beer festivals. I have strong project management and sales skills, as well as a keen sense of the market trends and customer preferences. I am proud to have contributed to a team that produced award-winning and nationally recognized beers.
