Hello! My name is Jim Ludlow and I am a realtor at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes and Mountains Realty. After a close to 30-year career in warehouse management, I decided that it was time for a change. After some deliberation, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. I received my New Hampshire license in April of 2021 and my Maine license in September 2021. After some research, decided to partner with Keller Williams because of their fierce commitment to the consumer.
I have many interests outside of work which include being a dad to two sons – Dillon who is 28 and resides in Washington state and James (Jay Jay) who is 17. I was born and raised in Southern California and have lived in New England for close to 2 decades. My interests include traveling both in the US and abroad, Tae Kwon Do, skiing, and kayaking.
Personally, I have always operated with the mindset of customer first in my business dealings, which I will bring to the table with any client that chooses to use my services for their real estate selling or buying needs.
