My time in the car business has taught me that our business is more about the people than the automobiles. The cars are the magnetic force that bring us together; but at the end of the day our success or failure is determined by how well we build relationships. The relationship will be the key determining factor in a dealership's long term growth plans. Our customers are the reason for existence today and going forward into the future. We must never lose sight of how important they are. I have been blessed to work with some of the finest luxury car manufacturers in the world. They include the Jaguar Journey, Mercedes Benz historic three pointed star, and the task of creating Audi Fans. I have come home to Jaguar and have had the opportunity to also engage the Lincoln Pledge. My advice today to applicants that come to my door is to "find your passion" and follow your dream.
