Team with other executives on long-term strategic planning and translate into measurable organizational goals, budgets, staffing strategies, vendor contracts, and IT infrastructure plans. Oversee all aspects of firm accounting / finance – financial reporting, regulatory compliance, accounts payable / accounts receivable, payroll, investments, and taxes. Oversee HR and IT functions and manage variable staff of 9-15 professionals. Manage all outside vendors: contract / price negotiations, call center program placement, list acquisition.
