Jim is responsible for the day to day operations of the new startup, helping companies find the right promotional products to create a more memorable brand experience. His expertise as a problem solver, relationship builder and innovator has led him to excel at out of the box thinking and customer satisfaction.Jim is a seasoned Sales and Management Professional with over 30 years experience in the institutional food and financial services industries. He is an excellent relationship builder - passionate about customer satisfaction and product efficiency. Jim works tirelessly to provide answers and find solutions to any challenges that he faces. Prior to his executive position at Cozy Up, LLC Promos, Jim spent 20 years in the institutional food industry where he excelled at supplying food service needs to some of Dallas' largest corporate customers such as The Dallas Market Center, Dallas Convention Center, Sky Chef International, Mary Kay, Home Interiors and Texas Stadium. He later changed careers after a personal tragedy and entered the financial services arena where he managed staff, led sales, and had many public speaking opportunities with several of the top financial services companies in the nation. Jim is self described "golf nut" that loves to discuss all things golf and play at the drop of a hat.Jim's innovation and love of challenge led him to lead Cozy Up, LLC Promos when the opportunity for a new venture presented itself.
