Using this solution, the business processed approximately $25,000,000 in written premium in one year. • Help lead the transformation from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum to Extreme Programming methodology. o Collaborated with the business product owner to create the first prioritized backlog o Worked side by side with the first Scrum Master on how to run Sprint Planning, daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. o During the period of transition, met with managers of the Scrum team members to educate them on the methodology and the impact to the expectations of the Scrum team members.
