I set up NetCare in 2000 as a growing response for the need for more Restorative approaches in Education, Community and Social Care. 30 years experience in Child and Family focused Social Work mainly in Child Care and I still haven't lost my desire to try and make a difference. NetCare now deliver a wide range of training in: Mediation, Family Group Conference, Restorative Approaches, Facilitation skills, Team development and conflict resolution.
