1/22 - 4/23 - Led a team of Senior Client Services Program Managers that serve as the conduit between strategic bioproduction accounts and internal operations. Responsible for ensuring customer expectations are met with respect to product delivery, complaint management, special requirements and new manufacturing capabilities. 6/19-1/22 Led a team responsible for managing new custom product inquiries through quote creation to final product set-up. Team manages orders from purchase order receipt to actual delivery of finished goods to customer. Led integration and process harmonization of the Supplements Business unit, acquired from Becton Dickenson, into the existing business systems and processes. Successfully supported team through transition from office-based role to fully remote during pandemic. This included onboarding and training multiple new hires to meet increased demand by customers working on vaccine development.

(Formerly Life Technologies) Led a group of 30 scientific professionals (12 direct reports including a supervisor and two managers) consisting of eight teams across five locations. Teams supported cell culture and analysis, protein analysis, laboratory chemicals and laboratory products.
