From software developer to team leader, product implementation manager, and finally proprietary systems sales to new and existing clients. My experiences were mostly in the US and Canada, with some occurring in the Caribbean and United Kingdom. During this period, I oversaw software development and what became the OCR/ICR feature of our BPM platform, managed multiple implementations of the solution across thousands of users, and sold tens of millions of dollars worth of software licenses, maintenance, consulting and custom development services, and data center hosting fees.
