Managed all aspects of financial management and reporting for $3M non-profit theatre, including monthly reporting, annual audit, budgeting and forecasting. Managed all business hardware and software systems and third-party service providers. Implemented new cloud-based solutions for CRM (Tessitura RAMP/TNEW), Accounting (hosted QuickBooks), POS (Square), access control (Tyco Entrapass), HR (Zenefits) and email (Google Apps). Contract negotiation and administration with artists and tenants including working with union (AEA) and collective bargaining group (LORT).

Oversaw the growth of endowment investment fund from inception to $25M and implemented new systems for the investment fund reporting as the endowment fund grew in complexity with multiple asset managers and restricted funds. Implemented use of EndowmentManager software for investment fund allocation, tracking, reporting and unitization.

Working with the CFO, managed business information systems and prepared financial reports for the local council staff and board and for GSUSA. Oversaw the implementation of hosted application and data servers and VOIP system. Selected a new Managed Service Provider, RICOH, for computer system and printer support and maintenance. Supervised key parts of the move from the longtime headquarters in a house owned by the council to several floors of a downtown office building, including moving existing equipment and implementing new systems such as security, parking and access control.
