I joined HubSpot in 2007 as part of the founding team (5 people) as the original CTO, the first CIO, and then the first Chief People Officer. I helped build and scale it to one of the top global SaaS companies with over 50,000 customers in 100+ countries. HubSpot had a successful IPO in 2014 (NYSE:$HUBS) and is becoming a household name in SaaS.I led the build-out of the HubSpot cloud and SaaS infrastructure that helped the company, product, and culture scale over its first 10 years. This included building the first DevOps & Cloud Ops infrastructures, the physical office build-out, the back-office stack (which powered sales-ops, marketing-ops, revenue-ops, and fin-ops) - this was all built on the industry-leading SaaS/Cloud tools as these platforms came to market. We processed hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, billions of data-points, and delights thousands of customers and employees through that same back-office and production infrastructure all while creating a company culture that we were proud of.I helped in various capacities over the years including product development, operations, customer services & support, and HR and I helped hire and managed hundreds of HubSpotters.

Helped Pyramid scale through high growth and further commercialize the products and services to ultimately sell the business to SunGard Data Systems.
