Formulated and executed new Allied Health b-c career diploma strategy for private equity held education asset with focus on increasing RPE through product re-engineering, consumer messaging and improving student/instructor experience in online environment; program has 29,000 + students

Oversee the Career and Technical Education org at Ascend Learning ; key strategic focus is implementing career pathway programs of study for students beginning in high school that align to high demand professions in our economy

Reporting to President of K-12 and CEO, managed staff functions including Government Affairs, Federal Funding Strategy Group, and Proposal Development while developing and executing strategies across business units which resulted in 71% YOY growth focused on intervention, professional development services, and large scale enterprise solutions at the district and state DOE level
