  Aftco is a dual representative company who works with all dentists as well as both the buyer and seller.We assist with the following:Practice appraisalsPlanning - We sit down with each client (Buyer or Seller) to establish their current situation, needs and create a plan to accomplish their goals whether immediate or down the road.Selling - deferred, walk-away, pre-sale, partnerships (1, 2 or 3 stage) and mergers.Buying (stand alone, merger, satellite, partnership or investment)We also work with relocating dentists as well as ones still in school, residencies and/or the Military to help locate something in advance. As well as provide all agreements needed and work with the parties to secure financing, insurance requirements as well as walk both parties through each step.
