Up until its successful sale, I owned and operated Pear Tree LLC. We provided 24/7 residential property maintenance management and appliance repair. Our services included, HVAC, appliance, drywall, paint, and light plumbing and electrical repairs. We coordinated all "make ready" work. We developed an inspection process for each property as well as managed prep for state inspections of HUD housing. I was the certified pool operator for the company.

Developed all safety and environmental programs for 215,000 square foot manufacturing facility including Title V air permit, storm water permitting, and all OSHA programs. Developed and conducted plant wide training for all OSHA requirements.
