Lead the sales activities of our bulk masonry sales team to promote and sell the Spec Mix Masonry System to Masonry Contractors, General Contractors, and Architects for masonry construction through direct and distribution sales channels.

Responsible for managing the distribution and sales of preblended bulk masonry systems to Architects, General Contractors and Masonry Contractors for large commercial construction.

Planned, organized, and led the activities of direct sales reps located through out the eastern half of the US. Developed and implemented selling strategies tied to company goals and objectives. Responsible for sales plans and managing budgets while building the skills and talents of direct reports through coaching, mentoring and individual development.

Responsible for growing sales of bulk mortar, grout and colored mortar systems to Architects, General Contractors and Masonry Contractors for large commercial constructions projects.

Represented the Quikrete brand of products selling packaged concrete to dealers while managing the retail home center business in assigned territory.

Representing a food distributor sold national manufactures’ products to independent and national grocery stores. Worked independently to coordinate the sales activities of a 40 store territory supporting key initiatives to manage, track and report on products represented, displays sold, and competitive information gained.
