You could say that I am a Front-end Web Developer - results-driven, adaptable programmer offering extensive professional experience, but there's more to it than that.I get great satisfaction when working with my customers and meeting or exceeding all of their expectations. On a given day that customer may be a UX designer with very detailed specifications for a new design, or it could be a paying user of the product that has a challenging technical issue that needs to be resolved. Whoever the customer may be, I try to use my technical skills and perseverance to meet their needs. One highlight of my career was helping an oncologist user of our software product. I felt honored in providing him assistance with inputting the calculations required for the treatment of his cancer patients.I also enjoy learning new technology and new ideas with an eye toward how they can be applied in practical use. I am always trying to improve my skills and become more proficient each day. I have always tried to be flexible and meet the requirements of our team when taking on tough assignments. Many times in my career I have had to learn existing codebases and then maintain them while adding new functionality. I started from an electrical engineering background, but found that programming was something that I enjoyed. I had many programming tasks while working on hardware communication products, and decided to make the switch to software development. It has been a very exciting and challenging ride, with more to come.
