Price Proposals: o Provides oversight and/or direction relevant to the development of price proposals in response to Government RFP, FRQ, Task Orders and DOL Wage Determination requests for adjustment o Provides oversight and/or direction relating to pricing methodologies, processes and strategies needed in the course of price proposal preparation o Provides oversight and/or direction relating to pricing approach and cost build-up, including cost substantiation o Provides oversight and/or direction relating to proposed cost allowability, allocability, and reasonableness o Provides direction relating to detected conflicing or ambiguous solicitation requirements to be used in consultation with CNI Management o Provides consultation to assigned Price Analyst/CNI Management on the characterization of costs as direct or indirect o Consults with assigned Price Analyst/CNI Management on sources of precedent, pertinent, or available historical data in support of price proposal development o Provides consultation services to the assigned Price Analyst/CNI Management relative to the contract type the Government has chosen for the opportunity o Participates, as requested by CNI Management, in managerial reviews of CNI proposals prior to their submission to the GovernmentGovernment Audit Liaison: o Provides support/consultation/assistance to CNI Management and the CNI Government Audit Liaison during DCAA/DCMA audits o Reviews, where available, DCAA/DCMA draft audit findings and recommenations for accuracy and completeness o Assists CNI Management in developing audit responses which are accurate, responsive, and comprehensive and accurately reflect the position of CNI o Supports the CNI Governement Audit Liaison in providing audit status updates to CNI Exectutive Management as needed.
