I am a technically minded person who has had some amazing experiences leading technology groups, and projects. I have spent the majority of my career in healthcare IT including ~20 years of technology based leadership. The majority of this time has been focused as a Director/Sr. Director for IT Customer Service. In this role I have been responsible for all endpoints (`10,000), Audio Visual, Office Automation Training, Security and Executive Support. I have also led some significant project including the enterprise deployment of call center technologies (Cisco), Microsoft o365 including SharePoint, and several acquisitions for the organization. I currently oversee the technology arm for our virtual visits, and all new acquisitions for the hospital.
