Jim is a highly skilled and passionate Senior Turf Consultant who offers practical and proven solutions across natural turf sports surfaces and high performance fields of play. With 35+ years of horticultural and agricultural industry experience, Jim specialises in natural turf optimisation, golf agronomy, project management, disease identification, turf trouble-shooting, construction supervision, vegetation management and capital works programs. Much of Jim’s experience was attained during his 20 years as Course Manager of Australia’s leading golf course, The Royal Melbourne Golf Club, which has been ranked in the worlds’ top 10 courses for many years now. Through Endeavour Turf Professionals, Jim now works closely with a wide range of golf courses, local governments, schools and a variety of parks and recreational facilities, and has been involved with a variety of Australian projects from local community sports fields, to prestigious and high level professional AFL facilities. Utilising his high level business acumen, vast knowledge and experience, Jim enjoys empowering clients with contemporary solutions and expert agronomic advice to transform natural turf facilities into premium fields of play.
