Jim Pritchett has been in a leadership role in the founding or expansion of a half dozen high-tech companies in the oil & gas, aerospace and healthcare industries. His experience of more than 30 years is in strategic planning, marketing, sales and business/operational management including raising capital and conducting mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side. Beginning in 1998, he served as Chairman and CEO of Petris Technology. The company was sold in August 2012 to Halliburton. With over 500 customers in all oil producing countries, Petris was a global leader, specializing in enterprise software for technical data management in the upstream oil & gas industry. Prior to Petris, other positions included sales and marketing at IBM, Insource Management Group and DuPont Information Systems. He served as the Chairman and CEO of Trinity Computing Systems and President at Atec (still a member of the Board of Directors).Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Health Strategies. DHS offered specialized healthcare benefit analysis, auditing, cost-management, wellness and benefit reporting software and services. Today, he is continuing his consulting practice to Private Equity and Investor groups and others helping with business growth strategies, due diligence, strategy and implementation.
