Product Owner Enterprise Monitoring Tooling & Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), • Work directly with leaders and partners to develop joint practice development programs to create repeatable implementation plans and reference architectures and solutions for deployment to our clients’ unique use cases• Manage partner relationship for the enterprise for solution positioning strategy and Partner with the business to drive adoption of CoE services resulting in funding and expansion opportunities• Maintain dashboards of KPI’s that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments, Manage CoE team with monthly budget responsibilities for all Splunk infrastructure and resources, supporting over 35 organizations and 100+ applications with data ingestions over 7TB daily• Responsible for recruiting the team for implementation of new Splunk and ELK integration to support multiple customers across the enterprise, developed governance structure and best practices for our community• Lead ongoing platform readiness, strategy planning and agile development, infrastructure performance and availability, technical issue resolution, and change and release processes• Partner with the business to drive adoption of CoE services resulting in funding savings and alliance expansion opportunities• Identify competitor activity and report on strengths, opportunities, challenges and threats that may trigger new product and services for partner capabilities in the future• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, local leaders in the community, and the industry at large
