As the Engineering Manager, I am responsible for leading multiple engineering teams within the Faith Industrial business unit relating to the design of electrical and emergency power distribution systems, circuiting electrical equipment, designing machine and process control systems, along with producing electrical installation documents for design/build electrical construction projects.Also provides leadership and guidance to Engineering and Design staff to ensure that engineering resources across multiple engineering teams effectively deliver project requirements that comply with design specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Examples are quicker order change-over’s periods, improve PM times, or energy efficiency projects.
