As part of US+US' engagement with Judo Bank, I took on the CMO role to allow the Judo Management Board time to find their perfect candidate. The role afforded me valuable insight and understanding of 'client-side' marketing, with the added bonus of working alongside a very talented and passionate Judo team. A thoroughly rewarding and professionally enriching experience.

Appointed as Bastion Collective's first Creative Director, nationally, with a remit spanning all Collective businesses in both Sydney and Melbourne offices. During my tenure I authored a new brand platform for the Collective, set up strategic processes and introduced a creative constitution. I also planned, created and implemented Bastion State, a stand alone creative agency designed to complement and support other Collective businesses. (Bastion State was subsumed into Bastion Banjo in 2020.

Employed as a creative director (group) working right across the DDB Group of companies, overseeing advertising, PR, social, experiential, direct and digital projects. During my tenure I was responsible for clients such as Telstra, Treasury Wine Estates, City of Melbourne, Open Universities Australia, Apia, Momentum Energy and Schmackos. I led teams, won pitches, and was awarded at Cannes, D&AD, OneShow and AWARD.

The agencies were Lowe, Publicis, Brothers and Sisters, MWO, Mather, Nexus Hakuhodo, and Hurrell Mosley Dawson & Grimmer. The briefs ranged from pitches for Air New Zealand to global work for Nokia music.
