For buyers my goals are to listen well so I clearly understand what it is they want in their new home and focus my search accordingly. This is so important as it ensures that all involved spend their time productively and allows the buyer to see more homes that align with their goals in a shorter period of time and take advantage of making an offer before other buyers.For our sellers the goal is to market the property to the widest audience and do it in ways that make it must for other agents to bring in their buyers. Prior to listing, it is extremely important for me to review with the seller those things that should be done to make that happen. This may be as simple as clearing up the clutter that we all have in our homes to cosmetic changes that will add value and make the home more attractable. Most importantly is to determine an accurate listing price and market the home accordingly.In both situations I feel it is so very important that my buyer/seller trust the guidance that I'm providing for them. I want to make sure my clients understand the process as we move from showings/marketing to closing. I want them to feel free to contact me at any time and know that I will get back to them quickly and answer their questions or get the answer if i don't have it at hand. Selling a home and in particular buying a home are listed as two of the most stressful experiences that we go thru in life.
