Working within the Architectural Coatings Industry as a consultant I utilized my years of experience and knowledge to offer advice and expertise to organizations to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, marketing and strategy. Specifically specializing in Theme Entertainment and Decorative Coatings Industry.

A career that spanned over 40 years, I began my journey in the production dept. filling, then as a paint maker and lab technician, learning the tricks of the trade from my father, a coatings pioneer. Eventually becoming the General Manager and in 1996 I purchased the company assets and became the owner. I sold the business to RPM in 2000 and continued on in a leadership role. As the President, I provided exemplary leadership to the workforce. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to: establishing short and long-term goals, presiding over the workforce, managing budgets, ensuring the proper allocation of resources, and ensuring all departments met their goals.
