Two Way Technology is a Motorola Solutions Partner and the premier Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) integrator in the southeast for Public Safety Radio. As CIO, Jim is focused on increasing the company's capacity for growth and profitability through new technology introduction and business development strategies.

- Managed the successful corporate transition of IT resources (including data center and administrative facilities moves) from Lake EMS, Inc. to Lake County Board of County Commissioners in 2018.- Responsible for annual budgeting and reporting for the Information Services Department.- Developed and managed all IT RFP's including the replacement of the 911 Computer Aided Dispatch and Mobile Data Systems.- Integrated the first Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure supporting public safety in Florida. Awarded as one of the first 5000 Nutanix customers worldwide in 2015.- Acted as the first Business Intelligence Architect for Lake County's public safety providers. Implemented Tableau Server and Desktop in early 2014 to help stakeholders visualize and understand our mission related data and to effectively communicate it to community leaders. Five years of Tableau development creating: 31 Projects, 359 Workbooks, 693 Views and 27 Data Sources.- Recruited and hired the first dedicated Data Analyst in Lake County.- Collaborated with FirstWatch, Inc. to build web based data collectors for public safety data surveillance and performance management dashboard delivery.- Provided project management and engineering for a complete 911 Public Service Answering Point (PSAP) and Data Center facility move in 2013.

- Managed the successful corporate transition of IT resources from Lake-Sumter EMS, Inc. to Lake EMS, Inc. in 2011.- Collaborated to implement Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and develop a variety of interactive KPI reports for 911 communications and executive leadership.- Integrated Zoll Data Systems Rescuenet CommCAD and Navigator AVL as a geocentric incident-based computer aided dispatch system with automatic vehicle location services.- Integrated Zoll Data Systems Rescuenet Billing and Electronic Patient Care Reporting for billing call center and countywide mobile patient care reporting.- Engineered one of the first secure mobile computing environments in Lake County with the early adoption of Junxion Box mobile routers and Sierra Wireless internet modems.

- Migrated hypervisor infrastructure from Microsoft to VMWare in 2006.- Implemented early hypervisor technologies for public safety using Microsoft Virtual Server 2005.
