Ensures the satisfaction of all customer expectations for industry leaders.– Assumes a lead role coordinating and executing software implementations at client sites, directing a full spectrum of project management functions spanning requirements gathering, resource management, planning, and the achievement of all milestones and deliverables.– Coordinates and leads product training to new users, as well as refresher training to build competencies in specific functional areas of DonorPro; additionally, leads internal employee training to build knowledge of product specifications and the principles of effective customer service
