As part of the Account Management team, I’ve been able to develop strong working relationships with top clients, building campaigns from creative brief to strategic analysis.

Vouchercloud is Europe's most used multi-channel money-saving brand. In this position, I was responsible for many brands including Ray-Ban Sunglasses, EDF, Haven and many more on the UK vouchercloud platform.

The Content role at vouchercloud required a great deal of organisation and attention to detail. My main responsibilities included: • Sole responsibility of booking and loading banners in accordance with the restrictions I helped refine. This includes positioning banners at specific times for maximum efficacy in line with BI recommendations. • Onboarding of new merchants for the UK and IE vouchercloud and white label platforms. • Auditing and optimising a portfolio of merchant pages to improve their SEO rankings, bounce rates and conversion rates. • General administrative tasks such as loading offers from MCR and the VCUK crawl, handling enquiries from networks and merchants via the admin@ email inbox and reporting on the General Admin team’s activity during the weekly admin meetings. In addition to this I use Google Analytics, Trends and Tableau to better inform my optimisation work and improve my understanding of the affiliate marketplace. I have put forward and composed stories for a variety of suggested improvements to Control Cloud. Many of these have already been implemented and have helped improve workflow for the Admin team as a whole

I created a business as a platform to manufacture and sell high-end guitar effect pedals. Working closely with The Prince’s Trust and the band Reef, the business has steadily grown in the last few years and the products I have developed have been very well received. I am responsible for every aspect of the running of the business, including design, manufacture, research and development, marketing and social media. I am entirely self-taught and enjoy challenging myself when it comes to audio electronics and product marketing. I have found passion, hard work and a willingness to actively learn new skills to be the most important character traits when operating this business.

This role involved working as part of a small team in the staff canteen kitchen at Aardman. My duties included preparing hot food and baking cakes and sweets for the staff; operating and maintaining the coffee machine and general service and cleaning duties. I was responsible for the running of front of house, which included some inventory and ordering, dealing with cash and coming up with ideas to increase the profitability of our department. I have found this position very rewarding and have learned a great deal from my experienced team.

I spent time after work for a few weeks web testing the Tate Movie Project website. This involved troubleshooting every element of the site to find any bugs before it went live later that month. It required great attention to detail and being able to work efficiently and effectively on my own to a deadline. I found it exciting to work on such an important project and very rewarding to see the finished product go live.

I spent a month covering in the machine room assisting with many of the technical aspects of Aardman’s video editing and digital distribution processes. This included: Understanding file formats, storage media, aspect ratios and the tape archive. Using Final Cut Pro, Discflow, DVD Studio & Compressor and the Rimage copier and printer. The equipment used in sound, edit and the rack equipment in the machine room. Time spent in Sound Edit using Pro Tools and in Commercials Edit using Final Cut Pro. I found this very engaging and I learned a lot of practical information on the hardware and software used in post-production.

This role involved door-to-door charity fundraising on behalf of The British Red Cross around Bristol and the South West area. It required a great deal of training in sales and marketing, which was undertaken on a daily basis in four-hour sessions. I did enjoy this position but I only worked here for two months as the pay was based purely on commission and I found it difficult to budget in this way.
