I have spent my career developing products for consumer, commercial, and industrial markets. I started my career as a product development engineer, moving to engineering management, and to my current role in executive management.I have always worked very closely with customers and have spent considerable time in a sales capacity to attain business for the companies in which I've worked. My role typically involves being part of the sales team to instill confidence in potential customers to chose DEMA as their partner. My role then changes to working closely with our customers' marketing, sales, and engineering personnel to develop product specifications. I then develop project plans and execute those plans using my talented team of engineers and the support departments at DEMA.I've been blessed with a strong technical background, the ability to understand customer needs and to conceptualize solutions, along with strong interpersonal skills.My career has allowed me to both sell and source in both Europe and Asia, as well as North America.I am top line and bottom line driven. The results of my efforts can be seen in the growth of DEMA and the professional growth of my engineering team.
