For the past 39 years I have practiced as a trial attorney handling a wide range of litigation, with specialties in insurance law, tort claims, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, personal injury claims and business representation. I have tried over 150 cases, all but a few being jury trials in the Northwest Ohio courts. I have some experience handling medical malpractice litigation, having tried one jury trial in this area and handled settlements of several others.I began my practice in 1977 with my father in the firm of Schuller & Schuller. In 1985 I became more involved in insurance litigation and formed my own firm of Schuller & Associates, representing several insurance companies handling a wide range of defense work, including defenses of lawsuits against public schools (Nationwide defenses), and extensive defense work for Grange Mutual Insurance Company. In 2001 I partnered with attorney Ray Pittman to form the law firm of Schuller & Pittman. In 2009 Ray was drafted as in-house counsel for Grange and since then I have continued the firm as Schuller Law Office through the present.As a general practitioner I have also maintained a practice in estate planning and real estate, as well as business and contracts representation, providing a broad based service for our clients.
