I grew up in the banking industry following the footsteps of my father who was the founding President of a successful community bank in the Rogue Valley dating back to the mid 1960’s. Banking was an influence in my life at a very young age and from college until now I have enjoyed many years of helping people succeed both as a lender and manager overseeing commercial banking teams. Through the many transitions that have taken place in my career, my desire has always been to be in a position that can build on the personal relationships developed and continue to provide the delivery of products and services to those clients that have come to expect and rely upon the knowledge I’ve gained from working with them over the years.
