I am experienced overseeing large billion-dollar programs and managing engagements with the DoD and across intelligence, federal civil, and commercial industries. Some highlights would include the following:- Served as National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) point of contract for all SAIC white paper submissions, achieving ~85% acceptance rate, including winning a large $53M task order.- Managed $1B+ budget and intelligence product/service strategy while driving client production and acquisition goals as executive director of space and geospatial intelligence business unit.- Led engagements with NGA and CIA contacts while advising program manager on effective turnaround strategy; submitted white paper that resulted in several new opportunities for MAPS scanning products and services.- Developed ISO quality standards for quality and production processes to ensure final products met specification standards, reducing production costs and improving delivery timelines.- Worked as GDS FD Capture Team SME to win a large $2B contract led by big intelligence agencies.Additionally, I have been a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on systems development, engineering, and management.
