Responsible for managing and growing Accessibility and Digital Inclusion both internally at Atos and with our clients as part of the Digital Workplace Practice. I am also part of the Global Accessibility Practice that shapes and drives Accessibility and Digital Inclusion strategy at a Group level within Atos.Leading a diverse team of Accessibility professionals based throughout the UK and Ireland that supports internal Atos employees and a series of enterprise clients across multiple industries and Public Sector bodies.

Responsible for the overall vision of the Accessibility products and services offered by Digital Workplace and with promoting the services to customers, Atos pre-sales and Atos sales teams.

Working internally and across multiple client accounts to provide technical support, consultancy and governance in the Accessibility, Assistive Technology, and Inclusion spheres. Interfacing between customers and other parts of the support organisation to ensure that users of Assistive Technology receive the highest level of support. Managing, organising and supporting major internal and customer facing events promoting Accessibility and Inclusion such as the annual Atos Global Accessibility Awareness Day events.

Managing and promoting eLearning globally within the company; Designing and maintaining the global LMS; working with local training teams to promote best practise in eLearning; working with stakeholders to create a truly integrated Workforce Optimisation environment.Managing and promoting the Quality Monitoring aspect of the Impact 360 toolset; Helping develop and deploy quality monitoring forms; Providing training and end-user support; Promoting and supporting coaching tools within the Impact 360 toolset.Supporting the project manager in a global roll-out to 26 centres globally and providing maternity leave cover for the project manager.
