Since 1978, I've been helping people promote their businesses and non-profit organizations. In addition to equipping businesses with promotional products, I consult on advertising, public relations, sales, the customer experience (customer service), and overall marketing strategy. Conceived, wrote, designed and supervised production of all promotional materials: logo-embroidered apparel, mugs, lapel pins, magnets, banners, brochures, flyers, forms and more. Developed visual identity and point-of-purchase materials for this consumer association and affiliated retail store.
