As the CEO of the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), I am focused on differentiating the value and quality of U.S. Soy, collaborating with partners across the U.S. supply chain to elevate preference for U.S. Soy, and attaining access to markets for U.S. Soy through cooperation with global stakeholders. In collaboration with farmers, processors, commodity shippers and other USSEC members, we’re helping to meet the needs of the world’s growing population by providing a trusted, sustainable source of nutrition and energy to our U.S. Soy customers in 80+ countries around the world.Born and raised on a family farm and with more than 40 years of experience working in the global food and agriculture sector, my connection with food and agriculture runs strong and deep.I consider myself a glass-half-full person with optimism and drive for a brighter future.
