Co-founded pediatric dental organization that grew to be the largest children's dental and orthodontics provider in the state of New Mexico within six years. Ultimately grew organization to 18 locations (8 acquisitions, 10 de novos), 420+ employees, 60+ doctors, and $40M+ revenue with pediatric dental, orthodontic, and oral surgery service lines in New Mexico and Arizona. Annual doctor retention stayed above 90% over the past 10 years, management retention of over 95%, and hourly staff retention of 85%. Personally recruited and hired over 80 doctors, hired, trained and developed entire 40+ members of management and all key executive personnel. Company goal of 98% patient satisfaction achieved annually since 2011. Oversaw all areas of sourcing and closing acquisitions, management training and development, company culture and branding, all personnel decisions, entire marketing and advertising budgets and strategies, new office build-outs including site selections/construction, and lease/real estate management.
