In the 5+ years I've been at Expedia, my role in Operations has continually evolved. I've gone from primarily supporting Windows services, IIS, and SQL Server, to now primarily supporting Java services running under Tomcat.I've got experience as a frequent user of Splunk queries, Jenkins, AppDynamics, Nagios, the Netscaler CLI, Jira & Confluence. I've been working in AWS over the past couple years, mainly with EC2s and auto-scaling groups, ECS clusters and docker on the individual EC2s, a little with the AWS CLI, just scratched the surface with Terraform deployments, and I've worked a little with IAM users and Access Keys. I've also worked with secret creation in Hashicorp Vault.I've got years of experience with T-SQL, and I've got a little experience with Python, Bash shell scripting, and Powershell. I've used Ctrl-M and Stonebranch, SQL Agent jobs, and Windows Scheduled Tasks.
