As the Senior Vice-President and Director of Health for the Central Region at HDR, I oversee a multidisciplinary team of experts who deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our health clients. I have more than 30 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry, with a focus on health design, development, and construction.My passion and desire as a leader is to inspire others to do great work and to support their growth and success. I have led and participated in various procurement methods, such as design build, integrated project delivery, and public private partnerships, in the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. I have also helped many health and corporate workplace clients, as well as other business lines, to develop and implement data-driven strategies and plans for growth and performance. My mission is to create positive change through design and collaboration.
