With over 30 years of law enforcement experience, I am a police training expert and the founder and president of Moving Forward Consulting LLC. My company offers a unique and innovative scenario-based training program for police departments. My training program helps police officers improve their media and social media engagement skills, and create a culture of transparency and trust with their communities. I also teach law enforcement and industrial applications of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) as a certified UAS instructor for Warfighter Concepts LLC. I have a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science, and I have received multiple honors and awards for my service and leadership.
