Experienced field service engineer/manager with a demonstrated history of working in the bioanalytical and LC-MS instrument service and support industry.As a former LC-MS end user I use my knowledge, experience and passion for this field to create an empathetic relationship with our customers, delivering a quality and value driven problem solving service each time.Particular products my expertise has been developed using are all the AB SCIEX Quad/QTRAP platforms from the API150 all the way up to and including the 6500+, AB SCIEX SelexION, Shimadzu Prominence/Nexera, Waters Acquity, PAL CTC, and Agilent 1100/1200/1260.From 2021 to 2022 I lead and ran an apprenticeship scheme alongside Cogent with our apprentice graduating in Jan 2023. He has now progressed on to a full time Field Service role with our company.
